Brandon Hudgins

Brandon Hudgins is the co-founder of High Point Athletic Club. Brandon has over two decades of experience as a runner, a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science, and a passion for spreading the love of running wherever he finds himself.

Lydia Hughes

Lydia is coach & fitness instructor who believes exercise is medicine and recognizes how impactful an active lifestyle can be for an individual’s well-being. She has a passion for sharing exercise with her community.

Runner Strength Class

Whether you are new to running or you're a seasoned vet, every runner can benefit from strength training. A strong & mobile runner is a healthy runner. This is a 60 minute class that will focus on improving your strength and balance, as well as working on overall athleticism and mobility.

1-on-1 Strength Training

Take your running to the next level with 1-on-1 strength training. Our one-on-one strength training sessions are personalized to help you reach your performance goals. With expert guidance, you'll improve your running form, build strength, and enhance injury prevention.
