“I can’t overstate how much Brandon helped me as a runner (and I write about running as a living!) If you have a crazy goal, he’ll make it happen for you. But he also knows how to be flexible, adjusting your training week by week if life gets in the way.

Brandon got me to a mile PR and through a tough marathon. I have no doubt he will help you chase whatever crazy goal you have in mind.”

So how can HPAC help you reach your goals?

HPAC has running and strength training available for runners of all levels.  Whether you’re a local Triad resident, or live on the other side of the globe, whether you’re a beginner looking to run your first 5k, a seasoned veteran chasing a Boston Qualifier, or a post collegiate chasing Olympic Trials Qualifiers, HPAC has the coaches and resources to assist you on your running journey.

One of the biggest lessons we have learned in our combined 50+ years of running experience is that a goal is just a dream unless you have a plan. It’s okay to admit we all need a plan and we all need some accountability.

Let the HPAC Village help you turn your dreams into a goal you can chase!
